In the early 1980s, Will Castro began his customization career at John’s Auto Body in Islip. Later on, he opened his shop named Willy’s Shape & Shine in Islip, and in 1999 Unique Autosports in Uniondale. Castro designs projects for many car manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Pontiac, and others. In August 2015, the production of Castro’s TV show named Unique Rides began. The show was aired on Velocity Channel with three seasons and 19 episodes. Some of Castro’s A-list clients were LeBron James, Jason Derulo, Pamela Anderson, Donald Trump, 50 Cent, Sean Combs, and others.
