Jackson Odell dead at 20 – ‘The Goldbergs’ and ‘Modern Family’ actor

We have unfortunate news, actor Jackson Odell has died. This was released in a statement by his family in which they confirmed that he died at age 20.

Odell has appeared in many TV Shows among which are The Goldbergs, Modern Family, iCarly but also stared in movie Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer. The character of Ari Caldwell from The Goldbergs was the role that brought him the most fame.

The news came from TMZ, and it was reported that he was found by law enforcement in San Fernando sober living facility and that he was unresponsive. A statement that we have received suggests that there is no foul play suspected.

The show business career of Jackson Odell started when he was only 12, and he was also known as songwriter and singer. Among one of his most recent releases is the soundtrack for the movie Forever My Girl that was launched in 2018.

Here is the statement from Odell’s family that was delivered to The Hollywood Reported.

“The Odell family has lost our beloved son and brother, Jackson Odell. He will always be a shining light and a brilliant, loving and talented soul. He had so much more to share. Our family will always carry that truth forward. Our wish is that the rest of the world does as well. We are now going to try to make sense of our immeasurable loss privately.”

At the moment there are no details nor the cause of death has been given. It has been reported that an autopsy is pending after which, more info will be provided.
