The former Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly died at 33 years old.
The stunning model was found dead at her house in Austin, Texas, on Friday, April 17. She had been living there for the past two years.
Austin Police Department arrived at the scene after a friend called to check wellness for Ashley.
Ashley’s body was found two days after she was believed to have died on April 15.
Her sister Christy and twin brother Billy revealed their sibling left a suicide note at the scene.
The model rose to fame as Playboy’s Miss March in 2011, nine years ago.
Ashley’s family revealed the star was trying to put her life back together.
Recently, they recall the blonde beauty struggling with booze.
Her family paid many loving tributes to her on social media.
Her sister wrote on Facebook: “Because I can’t find the words to say, I will just leave this here.
“I love you and will miss you every day. Fly high sister, and I know you are the most gorgeous angel in heaven!”
