All jewelry pieces for Cleopatra (a starring role by charming Elizabeth Taylor) were created by the Italian jewelry house Bulgari. The items include the coins necklace, snake bracelet and the mirror of yellow gold with turquoise, which Liz Taylor kept after the film was complete. The same goes for the Bvlgari diamond ring, a present from Richard Burton (they met while working on the film) and a watch-bracelet in the form of a snake worth $ 500,000.
