Sara Bareilles feels “really grateful for every easy breath” since she managed to recover from coronavirus.
The star took to her Instagram Story and said, “I’m fully recovered, just so you know.”
The singer said the experience made her look at life in a different way. “I’m really quiet right now and will probably continue to be quiet. Just sort of taking all of this in and having a lot of feelings as I do,” she explained.
The 40-year-old is focusing on her physical and mental health now. She even shared she went to therapy and recorded herself walking her dog in the quiet streets of New York City.
“I am just thinking about all of the people who are walking through this really tricky time and sending a lot of love,” the singer continued. At this moment, many states and cities are under Stay at Home orders in order to stop the spread of the virus.
Even though she is still processing her illness, there is one thing the Waitress stars can tell for sure: “I’m just being really grateful for every easy breath and every day that I get to be walking around.”

Sara is a part of a long list of celebrities who have the coronavirus and are in the process of recovering from it.
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were some of the first celebrities that contracted the virus, but they’ve managed to return to full health.
