6. Ebola virus
We were scared with the episode where Marge Simpson read a story about Ebola epidemic. Even though this virus caused serious but unnecessary panic in the US, it was not discovered in the 2000’s when the episode was played. It was identified for the first time in 1976 in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In America, it showed during the 2000’s when the first people with this virus came there.
