This celebrity skier became the first ambassador for Project Rock, which is a line that Dwayne Johnson “The Rock” developed in partnership with Under Armour.
When she talked about The Rock, she said that the thing she found so inspiring about him is that he always gives 110 percent in everything he does.
Under Armour posted a video on their site on Tuesday, in which Vonn and Johnson talk about the collection in the gym. They described it as perfect for all athletes, regardless of their gender, race, creed, sexuality or skill level.
Lindsey Vonn said that this project stands for a lifestyle and the way of approaching life, not just for everything in the gym.
On Tuesday morning Johnson posted beautiful words about her on his Instagram account, describing her as the woman he always respected and admired, and whose hard work inspired him.
As a part of the deal, we’ll be seeing much more of Vonn and Johnson on social media.
The collection will be released globally on March 21 on the Under Armour web site, as well as at its Brand House stores and other select retailers
Besides Project Rock, Under Armour is also creating a Lindsey Vonn collection, but it’s a bit different. That collection features mostly outerwear and outdoor pieces, while Johnson’s collection is mainly suited for the gym.
