You can contact Apple’s customer support by starting a request online. The process is fairly straightforward and we will explain it to you.

First off, as soon as you’ve opened a request online, you will need to select the product that you wish to inquire about. You can choose one of the dozens of products and those include Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Air Pods, Music, Billing & Subscription, Apple ID, Apps & Software, and more.

For the sake of it, let’s select the Mac section. Once you’ve done that, you get another window showing all the various Mac products that Apple has on display.
