21-inch Biceps Salute from The Rock

April 9, 2019

All of us have heard stories about top quality equipment, genetics, and personal trainers, but we absolutely have no doubt that nobody that considers themselves to be in top-notch psychical condition, didn’t achieve that state without doing some hard work.
For example, let us see what Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson does. He is among the most psychically prepared people in the world, no doubt about that. Now, he is 47 years old, but his body is still in perfect condition.
His biceps are looking as impressive as they ever looked. Recently, he released a video that shows how much work he puts in order for them to look as they look today. Also, they are pretty hard to maintain. They are 21-inch-long, which is impressive for a man of his age.

21 inch Gun salute. Hellish bicep 💪🏾 finisher I love called 21’s. 7 reps from the top going only half way down. 7 reps from the bottom going only halfway up. 7 full reps. And pushing past your pain threshold to squeeze out a few more extra reps is where success and magic happens. THANK YOU for making my #BendBoundariesCollection a very big success for #ProjectRock & @underarmour. AVAILABLE NOW at @dickssportinggoods and in my LINK UP TOP ☝🏾☝🏾 #DwayneJohnsonTraining

In his video, he presents a routine he does every day. It consists of seven reps that are going from the top, then halfway down. After them, you have seven reps that are going from the bottom to the halfway up. In the end, you are closing them with seven reps.

You can see that routine on the video, and you can only imagine how hard it is to do these last seven reps. The video shared by the Rock was already seen by a quarter million people. He added a caption in the video that says 21-inch Biceps Salute. Hellish bicep.
You can rest assured that this routine is one of the hardest things to do and that you need a significant amount of inspiration to do that several times a week. But, in the end, you just need to look at the Rock who is almost a fifty-year-old man, and he the condition of his body. Would you like to have one like that?
